Return Policy

We endeavour to make our customers happy and satisfied with your experience with Createe Print. However, if you do find that you need to return the products, please make sure you read the following information before returning the goods.

1. Return for refund or for exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
2. Please be aware that only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. We cannot refund/exchange for:
    a. Change of mind
    b. If customers choose the wrong garment size
    c. Shipping or stock delay
    d. Print errors caused by the customer:
    1). Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer;
    2). Blurry or low-resolution images uploaded by the customer;
    3). Design error made by the customer in the customisation process;
    4). Incorrect product size or colour selected by the customer;
    5). Please allow 10% variance in design printing colours and size.
    e. Garment shrinkage in wash. Please ensure the correct washing guidelines on the garment labels are followed to avoid shrinkage. If you believe the garment was washed correctly but still shrinks, please return the item to use so that we can re-print on the same garment.
      3. Return postage must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
      4. Return Procedure:
      a. Request a Return Reference Number from our customer service email (info@createe-print.com). Please let us know the purchase date, goods to be returned, and the reason of return. If you are eligible to return the goods, our team will send you the Return Reference Number (RRN).
      b. Our customer service team will supply the return address to you via email.
      Please put the Return Reference Number (RRN) on the outside the return parcel in a conspicuous place. And then send it to the address supplied.
